Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales and account management, specifically within the OEM or motor/electrical industry
Strong knowledge of product applications, technical specifications, and market trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze market data, develop strategic plans, and implement sales initiatives
Experience working with CRM systems and standard sales tools
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in team settings
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
Willingness to travel within the Dallas/Ft Worth region as required
