Responsibilities
Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution activities
Coordinate engineering tasks across cross-functional teams
Review and manage technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
Track project progress, risks, and action items; report status to stakeholders
Assist with procurement of equipment, materials, and services
Identify, design, and implement new automated processes within manufacturing
Develop or enhance processes and layouts to improve capability, yield, ergonomics, safety, reliability, and quality
Analyze existing operations and implement improvements that reduce cost through better manufacturability, efficiency, simplification, and standardization
Troubleshoot equipment, facility, process, product, and quality issues and develop effective solutions
Maintain reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance to meet departmental and organizational needs
Perform all essential duties effectively and according to established expectations
Follow all safety procedures, use required PPE, attend safety trainings, and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues
Collaborate effectively as a team member, give and receive feedback, and treat colleagues with respect
Take ownership of tasks, communicate project status, and demonstrate accountability
Adhere to department quality standards and escalate concerns when necessary
Demonstrate and uphold LT Foods Americas’ company culture and core values
Understand departmental KPIs and contribute to achieving team and individual targets
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automation
Minimum 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in food manufacturing
Robust experience in successful implementation of Capex projects
Proficiency in 2D/3D design for automated equipment using AutoCAD or SolidWorks
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
Ability to create/edit documentation, spreadsheets, presentations, and schedules
Strong ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
Demonstrated adaptability, creativity, attention to detail, and results-oriented problem solving
