Responsibilities
Supporting PMs with budgeting, buyouts, and subcontractor coordination
Tracking schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Assisting with owner, architect, and consultant communication
On-site coordination with superintendents and trade partners
Exposure to preconstruction, design coordination, and early deal involvement
Maintaining project documentation and reporting through Procore and related tools
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of construction experience (APM, Project Engineer, or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Someone hungry to learn, take ownership, and grow with the platform
Preferred
Experience on multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, or interiors projects
