Responsibilities
Design stunning arrangements using knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability
Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays
Replenish inventory and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed
Lift and move floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs
Work with helium tanks and other tools of the trade
Qualification
Required
Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail
Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements
Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements
Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day
Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems
Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment
