Observability Architect - AIOps
Cynet Systems is seeking an Observability Architect – AIOps to lead the development of a unified enterprise observability and AIOps platform across various environments. The role involves technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and strategic ownership of observability initiatives and tooling.

Responsibilities
Architect and hands-on implement a unified observability platform across on-prem, multi-cloud environments, containers, and SaaS applications
Own end-to-end Moogsoft AIOps deployment including ingestion pipelines, situation clustering, noise reduction, automated remediation, and integrations with incident response tools
Design, build, and maintain enterprise dashboards for executives, NOC/SOC, service owners, and engineering teams using leading observability platforms
Lead deep bi-directional integrations between observability platforms and IT service management systems, including event management, incident management, CMDB, change, service mapping, and Client
Drive event correlation, alert rationalization, and reduction of alert fatigue through AIOps tooling
Build and maintain ingestion pipelines for metrics, logs, events, and traces using modern observability agents and frameworks
Develop and present observability maturity roadmaps, AIOps business cases, SLA and SLO reporting, and tool rationalization strategies to executive leadership
Own observability licensing strategy, cost governance, and vendor relationships across the tool ecosystem
Mentor observability engineers and serve as the final escalation point for major incidents and platform issues
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT operations
6+ years owning and operating large-scale observability and AIOps platforms in complex enterprise environments
Proven experience building and tuning Moogsoft AIOps environments with significant noise reduction outcomes
Deep hands-on expertise with Moogsoft AIOps, including clustering, correlation, and remediation workflows
Expert-level experience integrating observability platforms with IT service management systems for events, incidents, CMDB, and service mapping
Strong experience designing executive-level and operational dashboards used daily by multiple stakeholder groups
Advanced scripting and automation skills using Python
Ability to present technical and business concepts clearly to senior leadership in person
Observability platforms and dashboards such as Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar
Log management and tracing platforms including Elastic Stack, Client, OpenTelemetry, or equivalents
Cloud monitoring services across major cloud providers
AIOps platforms including Moogsoft and comparable tools
Automation and scripting using Python, with exposure to additional automation technologies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant professional certifications such as Moogsoft, IT service management, or observability platform certifications
