Responsibilities
We are seeking Test Technicians across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift to support testing, troubleshooting, and verification of advanced electronic products
These roles involve hands-on work with a wide range of test equipment, engineering documentation, and proprietary systems
Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Perform product testing using detailed work instructions, test procedures, and engineering documents
Set up and operate a wide range of electronic test equipment
Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and components
Load software and firmware as part of testing processes
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or AA/AS degree OR equivalent post-secondary technical training
Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or military electronics training
Ability to read and interpret: Schematics, Wiring diagrams, Engineering drawings
Experience with RF, digital, and analog testing
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with a broad range of test equipment, including but not limited to: Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power supplies, Spectrum analyzers, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Collimators, Intromitters, Pulse generators
