Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
Translate complex project requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
Mentor junior developers and facilitate collaborative team meetings
Evaluate new technologies to optimize system performance and user experience
Manage stakeholder communication regarding technical decisions and project milestones
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on Guidewire
Expert-level proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter
Proven experience in Guidewire Integration and Advanced Product Designer (APD)
Previous experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role (2+ years)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
