Responsibilities
Own digital health products (including EMR enhancements, patient engagement tools, and workflow optimization solutions) to impact business strategies, execute the product vision, develop business requirements, and drive product launches
Ensure task completion, meet deadlines, represent the product in meetings, and maintain documentation
Provide updates, align with stakeholders and customers, communicate clearly, take accountability, and adapt as needed
Collaborate with IT and business teams to investigate customer needs, research and propose solutions, engage in cross-functional collaboration, and clarify business objectives
Act as the voice of the customer to align team tasks with organizational goals and lead external partnerships
Set goals and KPIs for product launches, define product roadmaps, and communicate updates to senior leaders
Develop business requirements and user stories, drive product launches with cross-functional teams, and proactively resolve blockers
Travel up to 25% within the United States
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of product management experience
5+ years' experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong background in technology and operations
Experience with EMR systems, digital health platforms, and patient engagement technologies
Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and data security best practices
Must have agile product delivery experience, be self-motivated with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and possess a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
Proven track record of successfully launching digital health products and managing the full product lifecycle from inception to post-launch monitoring and enhancements
Remote work position; must be available to work normal business hours in Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Preferred
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification
MBA or other related graduate-level degree
Knowledge of CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce) and patient engagement technologies
Experience with cloud-based healthcare solutions and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7)
Extensive experience in customer-facing healthcare settings, with a focus on technology solutions
Experience with managed care practices
