Responsibilities

Define, document, and implement methods to perform accurate and efficient characterization and Mil-Spec electrical screening of Analog microcircuits (i.e. amplifiers, linear/LDO voltage regulators, PLLs, DAC, ADC, etc)
Develop specialized test approaches and programs to resolve problems, particularly in the areas of automated testing of Analog devices and high speed signal measurements (i.e. instrumentation, fixturing issues, etc)
Maintain and improve existing methods for the testing and measurement of microcircuits using ATE and related equipment; interact directly with the technical staff of test equipment suppliers to address and resolve equipment or software related issues that may arise
Interact directly with the end-users or responsible program managers to review testing results and address test related issues
Provide recommendations to management on test technology trends and anticipated Emulation program test requirements
Assist in training of test engineers in the area of Analog testing

Required

Must have hands-on capability/experience in the measurement of Analog microcircuit characteristics using both manual/bench instrumentation
Experience working on both Unix/Linux workstation and PC (Windows) environments
Ability to interpret semiconductor related test documentation (i.e. military device specifications and standards documentation, commercial data sheets, application notes, etc) in order to complete characterization and screening tasks
Bachelors in Electrical/Computer Engineering, with 4+ years relevant work experience in Analog testing. In lieu of a degree, 8 years minimum experience in a related field
