Network Admin with hands-on experience on firewalls – any firewall experience can work here
This is a technical role. Ability to do presentations on features (Soft skills) vital
Qualification
Required
Firewalls – Zscaler, Cisco ASA, OR PAN (pan preferred)
customer-facing experience
Windows, Mac, Linux
Any exposure/experience with PAN products in particular
Network Security certification : (PCNSA, PCNSE, Network Security Analyst, Next-Gen FW Engineer ) or CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar. Certification is required
5+ years of experience in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional service, or similar roles
Firewall experience is required
Knowledge/experience with Networks NGFW security platforms is highly preferred
Experience with Enterprise network products (router, switch, servers, wireless, monitoring, management)
Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
Customer/client-facing experience that ideally includes experience in customer escalations, account management
Preferred
Knowledge/experience with Networks NGFW security platforms is highly preferred
