Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for customers day-to-day
Answer questions via email, chat, and video calls
Help customers understand and use the product
Track conversations, issues, and follow-ups in our systems
Spot patterns in customer feedback and share them with the team
Handle issues calmly and clearly when something goes wrong
Help create simple processes so support stays organized as we grow
Answering customer messages and emails
Jumping on several video calls with customers
Walking someone through a feature or setup
Helping onboard new customers or teams
Following up to make sure issues actually got resolved
