Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize Nuvolo applications and workflows, with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management and related modules (e.g., OT Security, Capital Planning, Warehouse)
Lead or support workflow automation (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, mobile work solutions) using ServiceNow Flow Designer and JavaScript
Build and maintain integrations between Nuvolo and external systems (e.g., CMDB, ITAM, Okta, HRIS, SaaS applications) using REST/SOAP APIs
Create and enhance dashboards, widgets, and reports to support operational and compliance needs
Provide hands-on application support for internal Nuvolo users (HTM technicians, supervisors, managers) and external consulting clients
Participate in new Nuvolo implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and end-user support
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to recommend best practices and improve workflows in alignment with healthcare regulations (e.g., Joint Commission)
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance
Qualification
Required
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
Minimum 3 years' hands-on Nuvolo development experience, including configuration, customization, and integrations
Strong ServiceNow development background with proven experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow platform architecture
Proficiency in creating and modifying workflows, UI elements, and reports/dashboards
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and authentication methods (SSO, Okta)
Understanding of asset management, service request workflows, and compliance reporting in a healthcare context
Preferred
Background in Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or healthcare IT
Experience with additional Nuvolo modules (OT Security, Capital Planning, Warehouse)
Familiarity with Performance Analytics, ATF, or automated testing tools
Exposure to AWS, Azure DevOps, or similar cloud/DevOps tools
