Responsibilities
Receiving, storing, and distributing materials in compliance with warehouse procedures, ensuring accountability and accuracy of inventory
Tracking inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and resolving discrepancies using logistics management systems
Inspecting incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies and preparing detailed reports to document findings
Coordinating with transportation and logistics teams to ensure timely distribution of materials to required locations
Maintaining organized warehouse areas by implementing effective storage solutions and inventory controls to optimize space and workflow
Qualification
Required
Two years of inventory/supply experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent military supply experience
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate inventory records, track shipments, and ensure the availability of materials in compliance with DoD requirements
Skilled in inputting, managing, and retrieving data using warehouse and inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Proficient in verifying incoming shipments, coordinating the proper storage, and preparing items for outgoing distribution
Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship
U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level
Preferred
Familiarity with handling hazardous materials and compliance with safety standards in a warehouse environment
Experience with automated inventory control and barcode scanning technologies to improve workflow accuracy and efficiency
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and optimize logistical operations
Knowledge of shipping regulations, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), to manage military shipments
