They are seeking a Sales Intern to assist with administrative tasks within the Sales department, providing an opportunity to learn about the sales cycle and potentially transition to a full-time position after graduation.

Responsibilities

Assist our Sales Representatives with administrative tasks and daily operations
Assist our back-office team to deploy opportunities and leads to the sales team
Follow-up customer quotations and track sales in excel sheets
Be responsible for the assistance of our customers in partnership with the sales representative
Answer written inquiries through our e-mail system
Maintain clean data in our CRM
Work in close cooperation with our customer care team and the enterprise team
Schedule meetings for sales representatives

Required

You must be enrolled in University (virtual or on-site)
A communicative, marketing-oriented attitude
Enjoy interacting with people
Passion for sales & a desire to learn

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Teams and/or other software/database skills
Excellent oral, written, communication and phone skills
Strong data entry/typing skills
Enthusiasm for research and special projects
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
