Responsibilities
Reaching out to new and existing donors primarily on the phone, with weekly activity goals for calls made, emails/texts sent, appointments made, and solicitations/asks
Screen and qualify existing online donors to identify high-capacity supporters and prospect for potential new donors
Update records to ensure key donors are being stewarded and to maintain record of funds raised
Document donor efforts in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT (CRM system)
Liaise and coordinate with the broader in-house development team (data, events, other fundraisers)
Qualification
Required

2-5 years of professional work experience

Self-starter, highly ethical, with a can-do attitude
Superb verbal and interpersonal skills - no fear of rejection!
High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly connect with people by phone–you need to be a people person
Must be an excellent listener
Flexibility to move between different projects and activities with ease
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to quickly learn about PragerU content and know how and when to teach donors about PragerU
Thrive in a collaborative working environment with other teams and departments
Preferred
Background in fundraising is preferred, but previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or marketing will also be considered
Experience with a customer relationship management database preferred
