The Supply Chain, Quality & Reliability (SCQR) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support supply chain management-related activities, focusing on the Supplier Health & Readiness initiative and collaborating with key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Drive overall Supplier Health & Readiness initiative at Zoox
Deliver regular status and issue updates on overall supply chain readiness to executive management, including highlighting potential risks and outlining proposed solutions and mitigating steps
Define, implement, and drive execution of overall Supplier Health & Readiness requirements, workflows, and plans to key program timelines
Develop and maintain tools and dashboards to track and depict key elements of status and to communicate key project metrics to the broader organization including Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Strategic Sourcing, and Finance
Track, identify, and highlight potential program risks generating from overall Supplier Health & Readiness activities in a timely manner
Analyze the complete supply chain for the project by defining and measuring performance criteria (milestone adherence, sourcing progress, cost savings opportunities, operational efficiency, etc.) to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
6+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment or other evidence of exceptional ability (experience working in a hardware supply chain and/or manufacturing environment is preferred)
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present effectively to teams and executive management
Demonstrated, applied experience delivering complex programs and projects
Excellent analytical skills including advanced Excel (e.g. macros, VBA)
Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem-solve
Preferred
Experience working in a hardware supply chain and/or manufacturing environment
Master's degree
Knowledge of SQL (mySQL, Postgres, etc.)
