Responsibilities
Support the formulation and periodic review of the LTL network strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Support product head/ team in carrying out assessments for network expansion: 2 Hubs and 4 mini stations planned for 2026, as well as support the 2027-2030 roadmap for product and network expansion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and feasibility of expansion initiatives
Identify profitability improvement opportunities across operations, pricing, and network design
Assist in program management of profitability initiatives — ensuring timely execution, tracking key milestones, and reporting performance outcomes. Facilitate cross functional collaboration
Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate impact, ROI, and implementation feasibility
Support leadership in conducting comprehensive business performance assessments; Use advanced analytics to generate insights supporting strategic decision-making
Support MGF LT team in crafting narratives for internal and external communication on strategic priorities and support in preparing executive-ready presentations, strategy documents, and memos for leadership discussions and reviews
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
10+ years of experience in a related field
Network design and optimization experience
Travel is expected for 5-10% of time
Preferred
Advanced or Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
