End-User Computing Manager
VCU Health is seeking a Manager of End-User Computing Services (EUC) who will be responsible for maintaining and improving end-user technology platforms. This role involves leadership in managing EUC systems, vendor relationships, and collaborating with various teams to support the organization's strategic vision.

Responsibilities
Maintaining EUC systems which primarily affect end-users including but not limited to desktop imaging; patch management; Citrix, Systems Center Configuration Management (SCCM) and associated Virtual Desktop Imaging (VDI) published applications systems; desktop applications; video teleconferencing and associated platforms; Office365 collaboration including SharePoint tools and associated licensing
Maintaining and improving the staffing, infrastructure, vendor relationship management for the organization
Providing leadership and direction for the planning and management of all end-user technology platforms
Partnering with various functional teams across the organization and IT departments to support the strategic vision and mission
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years experience in relevant IT field
Three years of leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field from an accredited program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision-making, sound judgement and assertiveness
Adaptable, open to change and able to work in ambiguous situations and respond to new information or unexpected circumstances
Ability to focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining a comprehensive vision of the big picture
Works well under pressure and manage several responsibilities with ease and composure
Advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Solid leadership skills
Physical: Lifting 20-50 lbs
Activities: Prolonged standing, Prolonged sitting
Mental/Sensory: Strong recall, Reasoning, Problem solving, Hearing, Speak clearly, Write legibly, Reading, Logical thinking
Emotional: Fast pace environment, Able to handle multiple priorities, Frequent and intense customer interactions, Able to adapt to frequent change
Preferred
Ten (10) years' experience in relevant IT field
Five years of leadership experience
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field from an accredited program
Related certification preferred
