Responsibilities
Coordinate and support corporate events, including employee socials, shareholder luncheons, retiree events, milestone anniversaries, and other internal initiatives
Assist with planning and execution of branding initiatives, corporate displays, and internal communications
Research promotional items, display solutions, and vendor options; provide creative ideas and recommendations
Communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines, expectations, and follow-ups
Prepare work orders, purchase requisitions, proposal memos, budget spreadsheets, and other supporting business documentation
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
