Supervise daily operations of the patient financial services team

Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in patient financial services, medical billing, or collections
Prior supervisory or team lead experience is required
Strong understanding of healthcare billing and collections software, processes, and regulations
Experience in call center settings is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
