Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and publish marketing content for social media, email, web, and print materials
Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital and traditional marketing campaigns
Manage company social media channels and ensure timely responses and engagement
Conduct market research to support product positioning, customer targeting, and competitive analysis
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics; prepare reports and recommendations
Coordinate marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, signage, and promotional assets
Support planning and execution of trade shows, events, and community activities
Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, HR, Operations) to ensure messaging consistency
Maintain CRM, email distribution lists, and marketing databases
Assist with website updates, landing page creation, and SEO/SEM support
Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand standards and company policies
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and current trends
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Experience using marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or similar platforms preferred
