Mid LevelCMNTY Sports is dedicated to providing inclusive afterschool programming that supports children's development through movement and Social-Emotional Learning. The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring student safety, and facilitating engaging programs while working closely with staff, students, and families.
Sports and Recreation Instruction
Responsibilities
Supervise daily afterschool enrichment and movement-based activities
Support positive behavior, emotional regulation, and teamwork
Coordinate staff schedules and daily operations
Communicate with families and school partners as needed
Ensure program guidelines and safety standards are met
Qualification
Required
Experience working with youth in afterschool, recreation, or education settings
Ability to lead and support movement-based activities
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Interest in or experience with Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
Available to work afterschool hours, Monday through Friday
