Responsibilities
Champion the next generation of hiring, introducing AI driven interviewing to forward thinking talent acquisition teams
Generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound calls, strategic email outreach, and social engagement
Lead live product demonstrations that highlight adaptive, intelligent interviews rather than static questionnaires
Communicate complex AI concepts clearly, helping prospects understand how deep learning and natural language models create better hiring outcomes
Own the sales process end to end for small and mid market customers, from first conversation through close
Collaborate with Account Executives on larger enterprise opportunities, positioning the platform as the intelligence layer within modern recruiting stacks
Consistently exceed performance targets while building a healthy pipeline for long term growth
Develop expertise in applied AI, staying current on generative AI trends and learning to speak credibly about capabilities, value, and limitations
Bring market feedback back to the team, sharing insights that influence product direction and go to market strategy
Maintain disciplined pipeline execution using Salesforce and an established sales methodology
