They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern focused on Talent Acquisition to support their recruiting team, offering hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Assist with posting job openings across job boards, career sites, and social media platforms
Support candidate screening by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with campus recruiting initiatives, career fairs, and outreach efforts
Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics
Support interview coordination and feedback collection
Help maintain accurate employee files and HR records
Conduct research on HR programs, policies, and best practices to support departmental initiatives
Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports
Assist with drafting internal communications and preparing materials for leadership
Collaborate across departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred
Temporary internship, May - September, with potential flexibility based on academic schedule
