Responsibilities
Oversee daily security operations at assigned client locations
Partner with client leadership, Site Supervisors, and DSI management
Ensure proper staffing, training, and equipment at all sites
Provide coverage for open posts as needed
Review daily activity reports for accuracy and completeness
Manage uniforms, equipment, vehicles, and supplies
Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits
Maintain knowledge of client and site-specific SOPs
Coordinate coverage for remote sites and special events
Travel to sites to support initiatives and operational needs
Support invoicing and ensure timely client billing
Assign and manage system access (Workday, Genetec)
Interview, onboard, and train security personnel
Oversee ongoing training and compliance requirements
Manage scheduling to optimize coverage and control overtime
Enforce DSI policies, Code of Ethics, and Uniform Standards
Support retention initiatives and employee engagement
Communicate regularly with site supervisors
Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions
Monitor completion of client-required training
Qualification
Required
Account management experience required
Associate's degree required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Organized, proactive leader with strong time-management skills
Customer-service driven with relationship-building ability
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must meet all pre-employment requirements
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Contract security management experience strongly preferred
