Responsibilities
Support the execution of equity and equity-linked transactions
Prepare client-facing materials such as pitch books, offering memorandums, investor presentations, and internal approval documents
Assist in pricing strategy, syndication planning, and coordination with Sales & Trading, Research, Legal, and Compliance teams
Contribute to client pitches and investor meetings by providing market insights and transaction analysis
Help develop strategic financing solutions tailored to client objectives and market conditions
Maintain and update transaction comparables and market data
Conduct market research, valuation analysis, and peer benchmarking to support idea generation and business development
Track equity market trends, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and product innovations
Work closely with Analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and provide guidance on transaction processes
Collaborate with industry coverage, M&A, and Debt Capital Markets teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
Maintain CRM systems and databases to track deal pipelines and client interactions
Support internal reporting and performance tracking initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or economics
3+ years' experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance
FINRA Series 79, 63 (or equivalent)
Located in or willing to relocate to Columbus, OH or Charlotte, NC
Preferred
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams
