Responsibilities
Leading and coordinating project activities and stakeholders from transfer to close-out, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with goals
Defining project strategy in line with contract requirements and allocating objectives to sub-systems (planning, cost, quality, performance)
Accountability for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) performance
Managing resources and leading core teams, including internal and external project managers and partners
Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Representing the project to Alstom management and providing regular updates on progress
Proactively managing risks, identifying savings opportunities, and driving continuous improvement
Ensuring the successful integration of multi-functional teams to deliver project objectives
Monitoring and controlling project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Supporting the development and implementation of innovative solutions for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience or understanding of managing operational scopes and leading multi-functional teams
Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
Familiarity with railway products and systems
Prior experience in software or systems deliverables
Coordination skills to manage complex projects and stakeholders
Ability to work in multicultural environments and adapt to different business cultures
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive risk management and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team-building abilities
