Responsibilities
Paint and finish 3D concrete molded forms using sprayers, brushes, and other finishing tools
Apply color, texture, and detail to achieve specified artistic styles, including realistic and abstract designs
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and patching as needed
Regularly use paint sprayers, brushes, rollers, stamps, molds, grinders, and other hand tools to create desired effects on finished products
Clean, maintain, and properly store equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
Cross-train in other areas of production to support workflow and team needs
Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
Qualification
Required
High School Degree or GED, required
1+ years professional experience in painting or finishing three-dimensional surfaces (art, sculpture, set design, or related fields), required
Strong attention to detail and color consistency
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, regularly
Ability to stand, lift, and work with hands for extended periods
