Business Operations Intern
Nokia is a global leader in connectivity for the AI era, and they are seeking a Project Management Intern for a 10-week program. The intern will collect and analyze business data, develop dashboards, assist with project governance, and identify process improvement opportunities to support PMO operations.

Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret business and project data to support PMO operations
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for project delivery and resource utilization
Assist with project governance activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, and milestone reviews
Identify and document process improvement opportunities and standardized PMO workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare insights for PMO leadership to drive strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field at an accredited U.S. university
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
