Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring leaders, including phone, virtual, and onsite interviews
Review incoming applications and resumes, conduct initial pre-screen interviews, and share qualified candidates with hiring leaders
Support high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple requisitions simultaneously
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and status updates
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruiting activities for direct-hire roles
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with additional recruiting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or talent acquisition support
Proven experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
Experience coordinating interviews and managing multiple calendars
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows
Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work full-time for the duration of the temporary assignment, with interest in potential permanent placement
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience
Experience supporting direct-hire recruiting (not temporary staffing only)
