Identify shipment tracking # by building a chain of clues
Use up to four systems with concurrent searches
Contact customer via phone or e-mail to confirm match
Update package record on-line throughout process
70% of time seated in quiet, warehouse workspace - standing option
Average 50 lbs. to get & return package
Qualification
Required
Enjoy helping customers by finding the rightful owner
Comfortable navigating multiple on-line systems and basic Excel
Maintain communication etiquette on phone & in e-mail
Not micro-managed; stay focused
Consistently achieve 5-7 voided claims per hour
Enter accurate search criteria; pick right tracking #; spell correctly
Can be counted on to be on the job
