Responsibilities
Support Process Analysis & Design:
Assist in identifying and documenting business processes suitable for automation
Support the creation of process workflows and detailed requirements documentation
Assist in RPA Development:
Learn and use RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms to create and test automation workflows under supervision
Help maintain and troubleshoot existing RPA bots to ensure they perform effectively
Collaboration & Learning:
Work with team members and business units to gather requirements and support solution development
Participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team
Performance Monitoring:
Assist in monitoring RPA bot performance and generate basic reports on automation outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
One year of experience in an analytical or technical role
High School Diploma and equivalent experience will also be considered
Strong interest in technology and process improvement
Eagerness to learn and apply new skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks
Preferred
Exposure to or basic knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
