Human Resources Manager
Aramco Imports is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the strategic development and execution of human capital initiatives. This role will shape a positive workplace culture and oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws to ensure a productive workforce.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Manage benefits and payroll coordination
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs
Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources management, including leadership roles
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the United States
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools
