Responsibilities
You will manage execution of maintenance and repair needs for existing property
You will supervise our team of maintenance technicians
You will need to be able to understand/execute the logistics of a fast pace, rapidly changing service environment; including allocation of all types of resources; personnel, equipment, parts, etc
You will be play a key role on the team as well as interface with leadership
Oversee field maintenance technicians
Pool maintenance
Hands-on experience with boiler systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Qualification
Required
Ability to become proficient in understanding of our properties
Proven success in technical service/customer service management
Proven success in asset management
Proven success in customer relationship management
Proven success in compliance and utilization of current/upcoming technology to accomplish such
Oversee field maintenance technicians
Pool maintenance
Hands-on experience with boiler systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Preferably a minimum of 10 years maintenance experience
3 years service minimum supervisory/management experience
Strong problem solving ability and independent decision making
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
Candidates must complete background screening process, including a clean driving record
Preferred
Post High School Degree or Program completion preferred
Bilingual preferred but not required
