Responsibilities
Leveraging our system to identify low-stock items before professional demand spikes
Reviewing system-suggested orders and navigating automated approval workflows to keep critical supplies moving
Acting as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding pricing, shipments, and order accuracy
Partnering with our accounting team to ensure every invoice is precise and accounted for
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Entry-level (we will train the right person!), though 1-2 years of buying/purchasing experience is a plus
Strong data entry, basic math skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
