Project Manager (Water/Sewer)
Tower Engineering Professionals invites applications for a Utility Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The Project Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently while serving as the liaison between various stakeholders.
Telecommunications
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to review and adjust estimates to customer specifications
Develop project schedules, timelines and resource allocations for projects
Coordinate pre-construction activities including permitting, budgeting and procurement
Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts. Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage change orders effectively. Monitor all project costs and acceptable profit margin
Contract subcontractors
Maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and daily logs
Meet with internal teams to assess project progress and anticipate potential delays. Report on project progress
Monitor projects for adherence to all safety standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction supervision or field management
Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes, safety standards and building codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Proficient in field documentation and reporting
Ability to work independently and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
