Responsibilities
Manage Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and insolvency-related transactions
Represent secured creditors in commercial foreclosures and Article 9 sales
Navigate complex financial restructuring and related litigation
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of practice in bankruptcy and creditor's rights
Active admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar (required)
Preferred
Admission to the New Jersey Bar (strongly desired)
