New Grad, Entry LevelH Mart is a leading grocery store chain, and they are seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage invoice processing and maintain vendor relationships. The role involves verifying accounts, documenting transactions, and ensuring compliance during audits.

Responsibilities
Process invoices from various locations for payment and makes good relationship with stores and vendors
Verify vendor accounts by reconciling weekly/monthly statements and related transactions
Document all accounts payable transactions and creating historical records by scanning documents
Monitor SAP vs. QB/B1 interface
Manage intercompany transactions and monitoring AP/AR balance
Manage the daily cash position to balance in-flow and outflows
Manage fund control and review trade and expense payable
Perform monthly closing (GR/IR clearing)
Work with internal and external auditors during review and audits to ensure full cooperation and compliance with qualified requests
Qualification
Required
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Economics or related field
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Preferred
Knowledge in SAP is preferred
Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
