Quality Clinic Tech
Pratt & Whitney is working to transform the future of flight by designing and servicing advanced engines. The Quality Clinic Tech will manage customer returns, track progress, and engage in process optimization to meet production and quality goals.

Responsibilities
Manage Customer Returns with turnaround of <90 days
Manage Mod Center Returns
Manage RNA/PPX monthly reduction
Run status reports for Inspection Lots & QNs
Track daily progress
Maintain Quality Clinic Gated Process
Facilitate Meetings with different organizational groups
Other duties as assigned
Daily 6S
Engage in process optimization to allow success of production/quality goals while achieving and maintaining cost savings
Complete all training within the expected time given
Qualification
Required
HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing environment
Quality assurance or quality control experience is a plus
SAP experience is a plus
Technical Degree is a plus
