Responsibilities

Manage Customer Returns with turnaround of <90 days
Manage Mod Center Returns
Manage RNA/PPX monthly reduction
Run status reports for Inspection Lots & QNs
Track daily progress
Maintain Quality Clinic Gated Process
Facilitate Meetings with different organizational groups
Other duties as assigned
Daily 6S
Engage in process optimization to allow success of production/quality goals while achieving and maintaining cost savings
Complete all training within the expected time given

Required

HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing environment
Quality assurance or quality control experience is a plus
SAP experience is a plus
Technical Degree is a plus
