Start in 2026 SummerThe City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management is seeking a 2026 College Student Summer Intern for their Office of Safety Security and Emergency Management. The intern will assist in promoting safe work practices, conducting safety inspections, and participating in safety training and analysis.

Assist with accident investigations and performing safety training
Assist with safety analysis and reporting
Qualification

Knowledge of safety protocols
Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States of America
Must be a sophomore or above college student at application submission
Minimum overall GPA 3.0

Currently pursuing a bachelors, associates or above from an accredited college or university
Must have at least one remaining semester at the start of the internship
