This role is responsible for aligning stakeholders, managing interdependencies, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for multiple, concurrent initiatives spanning product, engineering, operations, and business teams
Define program scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics in alignment with organizational strategy
Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and risk mitigation plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear ownership, accountability, and execution against commitments
Identify, track, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as appropriate
Facilitate program-level ceremonies including planning sessions, status reviews, executive readouts, and retrospectives
Drive clear communication across stakeholders, ensuring transparency into progress, risks, and outcomes
Ensure programs adhere to established governance, delivery standards, and operational best practices
Continuously improve program management processes, tools, and reporting to enhance execution efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in program or project management within a technology-driven environment
Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Expertise in program planning, dependency management, risk management, and delivery execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and executive-level reporting
Experience with agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies
Proficiency with program and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate autonomously and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations
Preferred
5–10 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or related roles
Experience in SaaS, cloud, e-commerce, fintech, or other product-led industries
Background working closely with engineering and product teams on complex initiatives
Experience managing programs with executive-level visibility and business impact
Familiarity with change management, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives
PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus
