Responsibilities
Review and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Support the design and implementation of solutions within enterprise applications
Gather business requirements and translate them into clear system or process needs
Monitor implemented solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure systems and workflows are aligned
Deliver documentation, reports, and training materials for users
Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure projects deliver value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in business process support, analysis, or enterprise systems
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Experience working with enterprise platforms (ERP, workflow tools, or business applications)
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfort providing feedback, asking clarifying questions, and contributing ideas for improvement
