Responsibilities
Support the project manager with assigned project tasks and follow leadership direction
Manage multiple project tasks daily and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Report on project success criteria, outcomes, metrics, testing, and deployment activities
Work creatively and analytically in problem‑solving environments while demonstrating teamwork and innovation
Prepare estimates and detailed project plans across all phases, including schedules and roadmaps
Provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues across project leadership groups and stakeholders
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business processes, and coordinate with related enterprise initiatives
Collaborate with business owners to identify gaps and document concerns for solution development
Demonstrate functional acumen to ensure proposed solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices
Manage project scope and support change control processes
Support vendor selection and proposal evaluation activities
Act as an internal quality control checkpoint for project deliverables
Assist in developing and delivering reports, proposals, requirements documentation, statements of work, and presentations
Ensure projects progress according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
Monitor and manage project issues and risks
Complete project documentation required by established standards and templates
Maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders
Participate in project team activities related to enterprise systems
Work independently to meet assigned duties and adhere to organizational standards and procedures
Utilize software and technology tools to perform project responsibilities
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in SDLC methodologies including Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall
Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills across multiple business areas
Proven ability to work analytically and collaboratively in team environments
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Self‑motivated, decisive, and adaptable to changing priorities
Documented success leading projects to on‑time, on‑schedule, and within‑budget completion
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with flexibility to adapt to shifting demands
Technical competence with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, and project/SDLC tools
Ability to conduct research related to project issues and solutions
Commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment
Demonstrated decisiveness in resolving project challenges and identifying priorities
Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex project procurement and implementations
Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification required
Preferred
BA or BS in Management, Health Administration, Business Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
