Responsibilities
Manage underground wet utility projects from start to finish
Oversee budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and forecasting
Coordinate field operations with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress billing
Support estimating, procurement, and project planning
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements
Maintain control of scope, schedule, and budget across multiple work fronts
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience
3–10+ years of experience in underground wet utilities construction
Direct experience with pipeline, water, sewer, storm drainage, and pump stations
Strong understanding of heavy civil construction means and methods
Proven field and project management experience
Proficient with construction and project management software
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Preferred
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
