In this space, execution is everything
Yet the most critical information still lives inside fragmented emails, scanned PDFs, spreadsheets, and outdated systems
The result is slow decision making, costly errors, and enormous amounts of manual work across every trade and shipment
We are building an AI driven digital operator for physical commodities, a platform that continuously understands trade workflows, reconciles transactions, detects operational risk, and delivers real time clarity across complex supply chains
This is not another internal productivity tool
This is intelligence embedded directly into the foundation of global trade, helping commodity businesses move faster, reduce risk, and operate with unprecedented accuracy
As one of the earliest senior engineering hires, you will have direct influence over architecture, product direction, and how AI systems are deployed into mission critical workflows
You will work in a high ownership environment alongside a small, fast moving team building from zero to one
We are seeking a senior or staff level engineer who thrives in startup conditions, someone who combines deep technical judgment with strong autonomy and pride in shipping real customer impact

What You Will Build

Preferred
6 or more years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in a startup or high growth environment
Proven ability to own projects end to end, from architecture through deployment and iteration
Demonstrated experience building and shipping production LLM systems, including orchestration, agent workflows, structured outputs, or evaluation pipelines
Strong development skills in technologies such as React, TypeScript, Go, Node, or Python, with adaptability valued over any single stack
Excellent engineering judgment, knowing when to move fast and when to build durable foundations
A track record of making high impact system or product decisions that improved user outcomes or team velocity
An ownership mindset, acting in the best interest of customers and the company without waiting for permission
Passion for solving real operational complexity, with exposure to commodities, logistics, or data automation as a plus
