Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with long-range organizational growth objectives
Create and refine standard operating procedures and processes to optimize recruitment outcomes
Source and engage passive candidates through proactive market research and targeted outreach
Evaluate candidate skill sets and qualifications against specific role requirements
Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management
Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews within established position specifications
Screen candidates and prepare qualified candidate slates within consistent timelines
Collaborate with Business, Talent Acquisition, and HR leaders to ensure quality assessments and exceptional candidate experiences
Lead or participate in cross-functional special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition
Manage and prioritize multiple searches simultaneously while meeting service level agreements
Establish benchmarks and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness

Required

Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments with rigorous hiring standards
Proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously
Experience creating, measuring, and scaling recruitment workflows among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams
Bachelor's Degree
Technical recruiting expertise in high-volume, high-standards environments
Advanced candidate sourcing and closing strategies
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Strategic thinking with tactical execution abilities
Data-driven decision making and metrics analysis
Adaptability in fast-paced, innovative environments
Customer service orientation with attention to detail
