Finance - Compensation Data Analyst
Converge Technology Solutions Corp. is seeking a Compensation Data Analyst responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting compensation data to support competitive pay structures. This role ensures compliance with policies and regulations while providing insights to HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities
Collect and validate compensation data from internal systems and external market surveys
Analyze pay trends, salary structures, and benchmarking data to identify gaps and opportunities
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making
Maintain compensation databases and ensure data integrity across HRIS and analytics tools
Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation recommendations
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Familiarity with compensation survey tools (e.g., Salary.com, CompAnalyst)
Knowledge of HRIS systems and data management
Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
2–4 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Experience with statistical analysis or data modeling
Preferred
Experience with market pricing and salary benchmarking preferred
Certification in compensation (CCP) or HR (PHR/SPHR) is a plus
