Responsibilities

5+ years of corporate and/or transactional experience at a law firm
Prior experience in drafting documents regarding closely held company structures (partnerships, corporations, LP, LLC), corporate governance issues, buy-sell agreements, mergers and acquisitions documents and shareholder agreements is required
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Preference for candidates who completed a federal judicial clerkship
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in PA
Outstanding professional references
