Help Desk Intern
Sentinel Technologies is seeking internship candidates looking to gain hands-on experience working with their Help Desk team. Interns will shadow and train with top engineers to build technical competencies and customer relations skills, with a potential job offer at the end of the internship.

Participate in practical implementation of classroom knowledge
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a junior in college or higher working towards a Bachelor's degree
Major in Computer or Network Engineering or related field
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with our internal teams and our clients
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude

Preferred
Hands-on experience in networking, cloud, and/or network security is helpful but not required
Experience working in customer service or customer facing environment is a plus
