Gain hands-on experience working with the Help Desk team
Shadow and train with Sentinel’s top engineers
Build skills in technical competencies and customer relations
Learn innovative technologies
Participate in practical implementation of classroom knowledge
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a junior in college or higher working towards a Bachelor's degree
Major in Computer or Network Engineering or related field
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with our internal teams and our clients
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude

Preferred
Hands-on experience in networking, cloud, and/or network security is helpful but not required
